The big news: an AI-driven semi-automatic ticket categorization system, directly integrated into Semantics Chat. This feature simplifies ticket creation by supporting your users from start to finish:

- Full control: edit, delete, or regenerate suggestions according to your needs

- Create and manage a personalized category tree

- JSON import/export to facilitate migrations
- Define default values (urgency, custom fields) to standardize your processes

2. LiveChat: Direct Contact with Your Agents
To offer the best of both worlds – AI and human – we are introducing the LiveChat command. Your users can now switch with one click to an exchange with a human agent:
- Customizable "Contact an agent" command accessible from Semantics Chat
- Integrated side panel for a smooth transition
- Direct connection with your agents via the existing LiveChat solution
- Possible return to the AI assistant after the session
