Conversation and Query Execution Tracking

History

The History page allows you to view and manage all past interactions with LLM applications. It offers two distinct views accessible via tabs: "Query Execution" and "Conversations".

Main Interface

Toolbar

At the top of the page, you will find:

• A search field to filter entries
• An advanced filters button
• A data export button

"Query Execution" Tab

This tab presents a detailed table with the following columns:

• LLM App: The name of the application used
• Query: The question or request submitted
• Response: The answer provided by the application
• Date: The date and time of the interaction
• Feedback: Any user feedback

"Conversations" Tab

This tab displays complete conversations with:

• LLM App: The name of the application used
• First message: The start of the conversation
• Last message: The end of the conversation
• Date: The date and time of the conversation
• Feedback: User ratings

Navigation and Display

Pagination Controls

At the bottom of the page:

• Selector for the number of items per page (default: 10)
• Page navigation
• Indication of the total number of items

Available Actions

For each entry:

• An expansion button (▾) to view details
• The option to provide feedback (-)

Search Functionality

The search bar allows you to:

• Filter conversations by content
• Search for specific exchanges
• Find conversations by date or application
