Integration into GLPI ​

Wikit provides two plugins to integrate its solutions directly into your GLPI instance:

  • Wikit Semantics: displays an augmented assistance button in the technician interface to suggest solutions.
  • Wikit Semantics Chat: integrates the Wikit conversational agent as a widget accessible from all pages in GLPI.

ℹ️ Both plugins are available directly from the GLPI plugin catalogue, under Setup → Plugins.

Prerequisites ​

  • A GLPI instance running version 10.x or higher
  • Administrator access to your GLPI instance
  • A dedicated application created by your Wikit contact (required before any configuration)

Plugin 1 — Wikit Semantics (Augmented Technician) ​

Installation ​

  1. In GLPI, go to Setup → Plugins → Marketplace.
  2. Search for Wikit Semantics and click Download.
  3. Once the installation is complete, click Enable.

Configuration ​

  1. Go to Setup → Plugins → Wikit Semantics → Settings.
  2. Fill in the following fields:

  1. Click Save.

Usage ​

Once enabled, a button appears in the ticket processing view. The technician can use it to consult resolution suggestions generated automatically.

Plugin 2 — Wikit Semantics Chat (Conversational Agent) ​

Installation ​

  1. In GLPI, go to Setup → Plugins → Marketplace.
  2. Search for Wikit Semantics Chat and click Install.
  3. Once the installation is complete, click Enable.

Configuration ​

  1. Go to Setup → Plugins → Wikit Semantics Chat → Settings.
  2. Fill in the following fields:

  1. Click Save.

Usage ​

Once enabled, a Wikit conversational agent appears in the GLPI interface. Clicking on it opens the conversational agent.
