Pytheas ITSM Connector

The connector developed by Wikit uses the Pytheas API and allows apps to communicate with the Pytheas solution, giving your users the ability to create and track their tickets.

Prerequisites

• The Pytheas REST API (PytheasServices.svc) accessible from Wikit servers

How the Connector Works

Ticket Creation

From the Wikit Semantics chat, users can create and track a Pytheas ticket. The connector authenticates with the Pytheas REST API using the provided login and password, via the PSDWikit action.
